Excess Handling
We are experts at solving your excess, obsolete, EOL and slow moving electronic component inventory and have developed successful reverse logistics programs for our OEM and EMS customers globally, achieving above industry average ROI for our clients.
For over 25 years we have been buying and managing inventory identified for disposition. The services we provide are tried and trusted and are currently used by OEM’s, EMS and distributors, Worldwide.
Our excess program includes but are not limited to:

Distribution
We distribute semiconductors, passive, electromechanical and embedded components, both from the most recognized brand names as well as from our own line card.
When it comes to distribution from authorized sources we always strive to find the regional differences in price and can deliver against scheduled orders or forecast. Our target is to create cost savings and lead times advantages. We can offer buffer stock agreements for high runners or critical components.
Our distribution model offers supply chain protection as well as risk mitigation for our global customer base.

Shortage Handling
We have the market knowledge and sourcing expertise to quickly resolve electronic component shortages. With the help from our extensive sales record and our experienced purchasing team, we can reduce extended lead times by sourcing allocated, obsolete, end-of- life electronic components, and other hard-to- find parts.

PPV & Cost reduction
PPV and Cost reduction programs are requested by many OEM/EMS-Companies. The combination of a large inventory and a wide range of suppliers that are trading with excess components are our keys to create savings.
